Created to promote Pollo Tropical’s Family Meal offering, the campaign was filmed inside a working restaurant with real employees. By focusing on authentic interactions and everyday moments, the film connects the idea of family with the culture, teamwork, and hospitality that define the Pollo Tropical experience. Shot on Sony FX3 cameras with Sony G Master zoom lenses, the visual approach embraces a naturalistic documentary style with minimal artificial lighting. Filmed during normal restaurant operations, the campaign captures genuine interactions, working relationships, and everyday moments, creating a portrait of the people and culture behind the brand.
